We recently had an energy audit by Chad Farnum and it was a real eye-opener. Having lived in the same house for over 30 years, I thought I knew where all the leaks would be. But, as we went from room to room, Chad’s hand-held infra-red camera showed me how wrong I was. When all the work was done, Chad returned to re-test with the blower door....the test showed we’d hit our goal. The Farnums took care of all the paperwork, and last week we got a very nice check from Efficiency Vermont.
